Our Design and Manufacturing Capabilities
Drilling
We design and manufacture a range of high-performance drilling equipment. These include stabilizers, reamers, bit subs, and crossover subs, all precision-machined to ensure optimal bottom-hole assembly performance. We also manufacture and supply float subs, circulating subs, and pup joints. Our tools are manufactured in compliance with API standards and are backed by technical support to ensure compatibility with complex drilling programs.
Intervention
At Kemprise, we can engineer and manufacture a range of downhole intervention equipment to support fishing, milling, and remedial operations. These include fishing tools such taper taps, and die collars, as well as parts for jars, bumper subs, and washover systems. For wellbore cleaning needs we have the proven track record of designing and manufacturing Magnets, Scrapers, Drift Subs, Jetting Subs, Junk Mills, Watermelon Mills and Junk Baskets. We can also design and manufacture certain wireline fishing tools, releasing and circulating overshots, and impression blocks. In addition, Kemprise can also design and manufactures side tracking mills and other similar equipment.
Completion
We offer customized design solutions and equipment for completions. These may include Packers, bridge plugs, cement retainers, packer setting tools, and perforation accessories. We can also manufacture tubing hanger systems, landing nipples, and flow control devices such as sliding sleeves and plug catchers as per customer needs. Our engineering expertise ensures that the equipment if needed can be customized for specific well designs and deployment methods, including mechanical, hydraulic, and wireline-set tools.
Production
Kemprise has the ability to design and manufacture surface and downhole equipment for production application. These included but are not limited to wellhead and pressure control components. We can support artificial lift systems with tubing accessories and mandrels. In addition, we can manufacture well intervention tools and offer customized engineering solutions to meet unique well site challenges.
